Processing Times

Every candle and wax melt is hand-packed with care in our home studio.​

Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Peak Seasons & Sales: During busy periods (christmas,valentine's ,mother's day), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience!

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

 

​We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple for you. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location:

Standard Shipping: $12.99 AUD (Approx. 3–7 business days)

Express Shipping: $20.99 AUD(Approx. 1–3 business days)

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD!

 

Local Pickup (Optional)

 

If you are local to Northern Suburbs (Reservoir) of Melbourne, you can skip the shipping fees!

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has set sail, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your candle’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

 

Candles are fragile! If your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and email us at mellowmemor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
