📦 Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging your treats, but we know accidents happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We assess every case individually to ensure we make it right for you as quickly as possible.
✨ Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind, we offer full refunds for most items!

Approval Period: Please email us within 3 days of delivery to request approval for a change-of-mind return.
Exclusions: We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for wholesale or custom event orders.
